隱私權政策

SEASONI 시즌이（seasons.odyo.app，以下稱「本網站」）是一個首爾賞楓地圖，由 PurrFlow Studio 經營。我們只收集讓網站運作所需的最少資料，不賣資料，也不放廣告。
1. 不需要註冊
打開網站時，系統會自動建立一個匿名帳號（一串隨機 ID），讓你能回報楓況、掛葉子，也能刪除自己的回報。這個 ID 不含你的姓名、電子郵件或電話。登入狀態存在你瀏覽器的 localStorage 裡。
如果你選擇用 Google 帳號登入（例如管理者，或日後提供的登入功能），我們只會收到 Google 提供的電子郵件地址、名稱與帳號 ID，用來辨識你的帳號，不會讀取你的 Google 聯絡人、信件或其他資料。
2. 你主動分享的內容
- 楓況回報：楓葉／銀杏狀態、人潮、最多 140 字的留言，以及你選擇上傳的照片。
- 照片：上傳前會在你的手機上重新壓縮，並移除拍攝位置（GPS）等 EXIF 資訊。照片會公開顯示在網站上，任何人都看得到。
- 葉子：最多 40 字的一句話，可選擇附上地點。
- 通知登記：如果你登記下一季的通知，我們會保存你填的電子郵件，只用來寄送該季開放的通知。
- 檢舉：你檢舉某則內容時，會記錄是哪個帳號檢舉了哪則內容，以便自動隱藏被多次檢舉的內容。
回報、照片和葉子會公開顯示，但不會顯示你的帳號。其他人看到的是由帳號 ID 產生的暱稱（例如「北村撿銀杏的人」），這個暱稱不會另外儲存。
3. 自動記錄的資料
- 使用紀錄：打開了哪個地點、按了哪個導航或分享按鈕、送出回報等事件，連同你的匿名 ID 和時間。用來了解哪些功能有用，以及顯示「你的回報已經被 N 人看到」。
- 即時在線：你在網站上時，其他人會看到「現在有幾個人」、你正在看哪個地點，以及你在楓之庭裡站的位置。這些只在你在線時傳送，不會存進資料庫。
- 網站流量：我們使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 統計瀏覽量。它不使用 Cookie，也不追蹤個人。
- 瀏覽器儲存：localStorage 會記住你選的語言、登入狀態，以及是否已登記通知。我們自己不使用 Cookie。
我們不會讀取你手機的定位。
4. 第三方服務
為了讓網站運作，你的瀏覽器會直接連線到下列服務，它們會收到你的 IP 位址和瀏覽器資訊，並依各自的隱私權政策處理：
- Supabase（資料庫、登入與照片儲存，伺服器位於韓國首爾）— 隱私權政策
- Cloudflare（網站主機與流量統計）— 隱私權政策
- Kakao 지도 Kakao Maps（地圖）— 隱私權政策
- Instagram（Meta）：地點頁的「IG 上的最新照片」使用 Instagram 官方嵌入，只有在你捲到該區塊時才會載入。我們不會複製或另存這些照片。若使用 hashtag 功能，我們只透過 Instagram Graph API 讀取公開貼文的連結，不取得任何人的個人資料。— 隱私權政策

點擊 Naver 地圖、Kakao 地圖、Google 地圖或 Instagram 的連結時，會離開本網站，之後的處理以該網站的政策為準。
5. 資料怎麼使用
只用來：顯示地圖上的即時楓況與楓之庭、防止濫用（每 10 分鐘的回報數量限制、檢舉後自動隱藏）、了解網站的使用狀況並改善，以及寄送你登記的通知。我們不會出售或出租任何資料，也不會用來投放廣告。
6. 保存多久
回報、照片和葉子會保留在網站上，直到你刪除或我們移除。使用紀錄和通知登記會在用不到時刪除（使用紀錄最多保留 2 年）。被檢舉隱藏或違規的內容，管理者可以隨時移除。
7. 刪除你的資料
- 你可以在網站上刪除自己的回報，照片會一起刪除。
- 若要刪除所有資料（包含葉子、使用紀錄、通知登記，或用 Google 登入的帳號），請寫信到 [email protected]，說明你想刪除的內容（例如回報的時間和地點，或登記的電子郵件）。我們會在 30 天內處理並回覆你。
- 清除瀏覽器的網站資料會讓你換一個新的匿名帳號；舊帳號的內容仍在，需要刪除的話一樣可以寫信給我們。
- 如果你是 Instagram 照片的作者，想把照片從本網站移除，也請寫信給我們。
8. 兒童
本網站不是為 14 歲以下的兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的資料。

Privacy Policy

SEASONI 시즌이 (seasons.odyo.app, "the site") is a map of autumn foliage in Seoul, run by PurrFlow Studio. We collect only what the site needs to work. We don't sell data and there are no ads.
1. No registration
When you open the site, an anonymous account (a random ID) is created for you so you can post reports and leaves and delete your own reports. This ID contains no name, e-mail or phone number. Your sign-in is kept in your browser's localStorage.
If you choose to sign in with Google (for example as an administrator, or through a sign-in option offered later), we receive only the e-mail address, name and account ID that Google provides, to identify your account. We never access your Google contacts, mail or any other data.
2. What you share
- Foliage reports: maple/ginkgo status, crowd level, a note of up to 140 characters, and a photo if you add one.
- Photos are re-compressed on your phone before upload, which removes the location (GPS) and other EXIF data. Photos are shown publicly on the site.
- Leaves: a line of up to 40 characters, optionally tied to a spot.
- Notification sign-up: if you sign up for next season, we keep the e-mail you entered and use it only to tell you when that season opens.
- Flags: when you flag a post, we record which account flagged which post, so posts flagged several times are hidden automatically.
Reports, photos and leaves are public, but your account is not shown. Others see a nickname derived from your account ID (such as "the one picking ginkgo in Bukchon"); the nickname is not stored.
3. What is recorded automatically
- Usage events: which spot you opened, which navigation or share button you tapped, that you sent a report, with your anonymous ID and the time. We use this to see which features help, and to show "your report has been seen by N people".
- Live presence: while you are on the site, others see how many people are here, which spot you are viewing, and where you stand in the garden. This is sent only while you are online and is not stored in the database.
- Traffic: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies and does not track individuals.
- Browser storage: localStorage remembers your language, your sign-in, and whether you signed up for notifications. We set no cookies of our own.
We never read your device's location.
4. Third-party services
To make the site work, your browser connects directly to these services. They receive your IP address and browser details and handle them under their own privacy policies:
- Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage; servers in Seoul, Korea) — privacy policy

- Kakao Maps (the map) — privacy policy
- Instagram (Meta): "Latest on Instagram" on spot pages uses official Instagram embeds, loaded only when you scroll to that section. We never copy or store these photos. Links to Naver Map, Kakao Map, Google Maps or Instagram take you off the site; their own policies apply from there.
5. How we use data
Only to show live foliage status and the garden, to prevent abuse (rate limits per 10 minutes, auto-hiding flagged posts), to understand and improve how the site is used, and to send notifications you signed up for. We never sell or rent data or use it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
Reports, photos and leaves stay on the site until you delete them or we remove them. Usage events and sign-ups are deleted once no longer needed (usage events are kept at most 2 years). Administrators may remove flagged or abusive content at any time.
7. Deleting your data
- You can delete your own reports on the site; the photo is deleted with it.
- To delete everything else (leaves, usage events, notification sign-up, or a Google sign-in account), e-mail [email protected] and tell us what to delete (for example the time and spot of a report, or the e-mail you signed up with). We will handle it and reply within 30 days.
- Clearing the site's data in your browser gives you a new anonymous account; the old account's content remains, and you can still e-mail us to delete it.
- If you posted an Instagram photo shown here and want it removed from the site, e-mail us too.
8. Children
The site is not designed for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
